After a brief respite due to recent wet spells, northwest and central India are bracing for another heatwave. The IMD forecasts a gradual temperature increase of 2-3 degrees Celsius in northwest India over the next five days, with isolated pockets of south UP, MP, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Vidarbha likely to experience heatwave conditions.
