Actor Shah Rukh Khan is back in a police uniform, but not for Jawan 2. Instead, he brings his Azad-Vikram Rathore energy with a Rajasthani twist in a new ad for an automotive lubricant brand.
Back in Action
In the commercial, SRK plays a stylish Rajasthani cop with undeniable swag. When two bank officials rush to his station seeking help with runaway dacoits, the inspector—sporting stylish aviators and an unbuttoned shirt adding to his effortless charm—is ready to take charge.
He then hops on his bike, chases down the criminals, and catches them with ease. Fans were quick to shower love on his cop avatar. One admirer wrote, “He makes a simple ad more than an ad. I tend to watch them over and over. I love everything this man does.” Another commented, “Shakti movie yad aayi kisi ko (Who else was reminded of Shakti movie)?” A fan also added, “bhai isko kehte he acting 😍😍😍😍 aur aaj kal ke kids (Now this is acting and not what these young kids are doing these days).”
What’s Shah Rukh Up To?
While SRK may not release a movie every year, he continues to impress with his ad appearances. His next film, King, featuring his daughter Suhana Khan, is already highly anticipated.
Currently, Shah Rukh is in Jaipur for the IIFA Awards, which will take place on March 8 and 9. He was seen at Jaipur airport on Friday, waving to a huge crowd of fans. This year’s IIFA event will also celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic film Sholay, with a special screening at the legendary Raj Mandir Cinema. Additionally, MMA fighter Anthony Pettis will make a special appearance at the event.
