In a shocking case from Rajasthan’s Sikar district, a man allegedly killed his five-month-old twin daughters by slamming them on the ground, frustrated over not having a male child, police said on Friday.
Family’s Role in the Tragic Crime
According to police, the suspect, Ashok Yadav, and his family had been pressuring his wife, Anita, for giving birth to twin daughters. Constant taunts turned into violence on Thursday night when Ashok physically assaulted Anita before taking the infants and brutally throwing them to the ground.
Desperate Attempt to Hide the Crime
After the babies succumbed to their injuries, Ashok and his family allegedly buried them in a vacant plot nearly two kilometers away from their home in Neem Ka Thana city. They covered the site with stones and bushes to avoid detection.
