OnePlus 13T Set to Launch This Month
Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus is gearing up to unveil a new compact flagship device this month. According to a report from 9To5Google, the company released a teaser video on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, confirming that the OnePlus 13T will debut “this month.” The device is widely speculated to be the rumored OnePlus 13 “Mini,” which has surfaced in previous leaks.
Meanwhile, OnePlus’ sister brand OPPO has also revealed the first look at its upcoming compact flagship, the OPPO Find X8s. The Find X8s is set to launch in China on April 10, alongside the Find X8s Plus and the high-end Find X8 Ultra.
The OnePlus 13T is expected to share some features with the OPPO Find X8s, though there has been no official word on whether either device will be available outside China.
OnePlus 13T: Key Features and Expectations
The OnePlus 13T is rumored to feature a 6.3-inch display with a sharp 1.5K resolution and LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) technology, allowing an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz for a smooth and responsive experience. Powering the device is likely Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the same high-performance processor found in the OnePlus 13.
Despite its more compact size, the OnePlus 13T is expected to house a large 6,200mAh battery—an upgrade over the 6,000mAh unit in the standard OnePlus 13, which features a larger 6.82-inch display. The device is also rumored to support 80W fast wired charging for quick power-ups.
On the camera front, the OnePlus 13T is said to include a dual-lens rear setup, featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.
